All packages have a 12-month minimum term. Annual plans are paid yearly in advance; monthly plans are billed monthly at a 15% higher rate. Setup, hardware and installation are charged separately.

Your employee licence plus the Managed Cloud charge. Luminar looks after the hosting, backups and standard Portal updates for you. Lower initial setup cost; best for customers who want Luminar to manage the service.
The Portal runs on your own server. You manage the hosting environment while Luminar continues to provide the software under licence. Higher one-off setup cost; no Managed Cloud subscription. Your IT team can apply standard Luminar updates, or opt for Luminar-managed updates at 15% of the annual software licence, minimum £1,500/year.
