Give employees one front doorHolidays, documents, training, profile details, expenses, overtime, welfare and guidance should be easy to find without asking a manager each time.
Reduce admin noiseSelf-service works when requests and updates move into structured workflows rather than informal messages and repeated chasing.
Support people properlyWelfare, wellbeing, benefits and guidance should sit close to the employee experience, not in a forgotten folder.
Keep managers informedEmployee self-service should give managers cleaner information and clearer actions, not just move work from one inbox to another.
